Solar Energy The Green Apple Classrooms

Solar Energy The Green Apple Classrooms

The Green Apple Classrooms are classrooms designed specifically with solar energy to the great state of California. The classrooms are designed to help save the cash strapped state of  California money in an area where you need it most: the school system. The designers of the Green Apple Classrooms estimate that their portable classrooms would be able to produce more energy than it needs to operate. The guys from Green Apple estimate that if one quarter of the school buildings were replaced by Green Apple Classrooms, the state would save $ 23.3 billion a year and prevent the emission of 100,000 tons of carbon dioxide. As it stands, these classrooms are still only a concept, but have been approved by the California Division of State Architect meaning that Green Apple is free to sell to any school in the state.
