Johan Lindstén's Embroidery Chairs

Swedish designer Johan Lindstén is showing these colorful embroidered chairs [named Embroidery Chairs] in the 2010 Stockholm furniture fair. Scenes from the idyllic life of the country were hand embroidered and it mounted wooden seats upholstered  backrests in white. Through the embroidered chairs, Lindstén wanted to highlight what it says are hours, days, weeks and years "women in previous generations passed on embroidery to catch a view of the Idyll". In essence, the artist is using the embroidered chairs to raise what is sometimes seen as menace creating art with sentimental and aesthetic value.

  2. Hi there, ive recently just been shocked at my electricity bills lately, www.deluxe4less.com/Replica-Cufflinks paying way too much. I think solar energy is the way to go, easy to set up and pretty self explanatory. Well, Cheerio!
