Implications - This foldable home is a great example of innovation born out of chaos, as Ming Tang conceptualized the house after a devastating earthquake hit his home town. The designer intended this folding home to serve as an alternative to temporary shelter, as the picee is "easily produced, cheap and environmentally friendly," making it ideal for disaster relief, poverty assistance and any other emergency precaution.
