iPod-Playing Desks "The Box Project" By Yu Kwang Soo

The Box Project

Description

Yu Kwang Soo is in the right direction, creating "The Box Project", which is essentially a furniture speaker. The furniture that creates all contains speakers and a system for playing iPods, making this furniture more ambient music I've ever found.

Yu Kwang Soo furniture comes in the form of a storage unit for desktop, as well as a table. This ingenious creation allows music lovers to play their melodies, while it does not load up your décor with large systems of sound and iPod decks. I really like the idea of furniture music, it seems so simple! References: designboom and bornrich.org

The House In Mattsee Is Naturalistic Concrete Castles

Naturalistic Concrete Castles

Description

The House in Mattsee is an extremely private two-storey house with a structure made entirely of pre-constructed concrete and wood. Located in a remote village in northwest Austria, the house was designed by architecture firm Kleboth Lindinger Partners , to have a relationship with a nearby nature reserve and function as a secluded retreat of its inhabitants.

Naturalistic Concrete Castles

The balance between the concrete and the reason for woven basket is such that the house is a perfect blend of modern and personal taste. The interior and the garden are almost the same with a large glass door inside that is projected directly onto the surrounding open fields.
