The floating boat is therefore the green thumb folks and people not plant it experienced like me. It is basically a pot-in-pot where the inner pot floats until a certain level when you poured water in it. When the water absorbs the inner pot it sinks, indicating the replacement of water. The green-thumb folks look as a two-way communication between their beloved plant and them. Forgetful folks like me will take it as a reminder to the water plant before die!
