I think that if I had something like the Chain Exercise Mat, it may be that much more motivated to make a routine of training at home. Designed by Baita design and inspired by the Tour of France, the Chain Exercise Mat is made of chromed stainless steel and foam molded high density to create an ergonomic, all purpose accessory fitness.

Instead of doing exercises on a floor of hardwood, the Chain Exercise Mat allows exercise from an elevated position and adjusts to the shape of your back, allowing its routine to be more effective.
