Da Morto a Orto is a project by Peter Bottazzi and Denish Bonapace. It is an exhibition of several pieces of furniture which has been destroyed and recycled in one of planters type. The title, Da Morto a Orto, means “from redundant to abundant,” which is the perfect description of these pieces.
Peter Bottazzi and Denish Bonapace have taken ordinary objects that we see over and over again throughout our lives and have become unique elements that have the potential to provide sustenance and life. Da Morto a Orto different chairs, sofas and drawers normally found on the sidewalk and breathes new meaning, purpose and the role therein. Each piece would be a great indoor kitchen garden.
