Mark Reigelman II - The Breaking The Bottle Collection

At first glance, it might confuse the material that covers each piece in The Breaking the Bottle Collection of as AstroTurf. Unfortunately, if you ran your hands over every surface, not feel relatively soft artificial turf. Instead, he accidentally cut, and is actually covered by a half-ton pieces of recycled glass. Created by Brooklyn artist Mark Reigelman II, The Breaking the Bottle Collection consists of 12 household objects, including chairs, a book and even a bear skin rug. An art installation rather than a real furniture collection is currently displayed at Heller Gallery in New York. Of course, the furniture on display is fully functional, but not so comfortable.
