Music lovers know that a good song or beat transcends the auditory sense, and the Subsonic Chair by John Greg Bal is designed to shape the sense of that deep feeling.
The engineer behind this innovative object combined his two interests of car audio and mobile design to create what is essentially a sound system for the seat. The shape of the chair is based on two 16-inch subwoofer accompanying taking a huge 1000 watts of power.
The idea of this mammoth moveable was conceptualized a few years ago, but the prototype of concrete for the hybrid speaker and the home is brand new.
